Lodging

University Friends Meeting welcomes travelers for visits of up to ten nights’ duration in one of our two simple self-service accommodation travelers’ rooms, one with two twin-size beds and one with one full-size bed. Bedding, towels, and hair dryer are provided. The rooms share a separate private entrance to the building. A shared bathroom, small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle are available to visitors.

A donation is requested to help us maintain this service. Requested donations are $60/night for one person, and $70/night for two people sharing a room. For reservations, email travelers-rooms@ufmseattle.org. If you would like to make your donation by credit card, payment using this link is due when you make your reservation.  Please add the words "Traveler's Room" and the dates of your reservation in the Note section of the transaction page.  If you plan to donate at the time of your visit, payment may be made by check or cash. Thank you.

The Travelers’ Rooms are located on the ground floor of Quaker House, a 3-story home built in 1904. Our Facilities Manager resides in an apartment on the ground floor adjacent to the Travelers’ Rooms. The upper floors are used by other permanent tenants.
