University Friends Meeting welcomes travelers who are affiliated with Quaker meetings and/or organizations for short stays in one of our two simple self-service accommodation rooms. The Travelers Rooms are located on the ground floor of a 3-story home built in 1904 and located next door to the University Friends meetinghouse.
The Travelers Rooms – one with a twin bed and another with one full-sized bed – are accessed via a shared private entrance and offer off-street parking (see photos below).
The Travelers Rooms are equipped with bedding and towels; a shared bathroom with a hair dryer, small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle. Laundry facilities are subject to availability.
A donation is requested to help us maintain this Quaker hospitality ministry. Requested donation is $60/night for one person, and $70/night for two people sharing a room. To enquire regarding availability, please email travelers-rooms at ufmseattle.org.
Contributions can be made once your reservation is accepted by using this PayPal link. Please add "Travelers Rooms" and the dates of your reservation in the Note section of the transaction page. If you plan to donate at the time of your visit, payment may be made by check or cash.
